Steamed Atlantic Razor Clams infused with Ginger, Garlic and Green Onion Oil

A delicate dish of steamed Atlantic razor clams that lets the natural seafood sweetness shine through. It is complemented with ginger, garlic and green onion oil infusion. These clams are a rich source of B12 and Iron, a perfect addition to a healthy lifestyle.

  • Atlantic Razor Clams
  • Ginger (minced)
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Green onion (minced)
  • Vegetable oil


1.In a large bowl submerge the clams in salted water for 30 minutes.

2.Rinse well with water and drain in a colander.

3.Steam clams in rapidly boiling water for 5 – 7minutes (or until the shells open, be careful not to overcook).

4.Once the shells have opened, I clean inside them although edible I choose to do this before serving.

5.In a separate on a medium- high heat sear the minced garlic, green onion and ginger in 2 tbsp of oil until fragrant.

6.Spoon the oil infusion onto each clam and enjoy.
